Customized Workout Plans

In order to receive a customized tailored workout plan ,  booking a consultation is necessary. The purpose of the consultation is to better understand a clients fitness goals and in turn create a system that will help them achieve it. We believe everybody is entirely different so some clients may benefit from a more personalized workout plan as opposed to a standard generic one. Strength Training

Our strength training plans at Steadfast Fitness and Wellness combines strength and HIIT exercises for maximum results. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, our plans will help you feel and look your best.

REFOCUS SESSIONS

During our refocus sessions at Steadfast Fitness and Wellness, we will help you reevaluate your progress. You will also have the chance to stop the routine and keep challenging your body by mixing up your fitness program. This can all be done by booking another consultation after the initial workout plan has been completed.

Training Sessions

Along with customized workout plans, training sessions are also offered. Some clients may prefer to follow a customized workout plan , but in order to achieve maximum results Steadfast Fitness and Wellness recommends purchasing a workout plan and training sessions. Theses sessions offer one on one training, tips on form and technique, and weekly checkins.
